About the Role
Mayo Clinic is seeking a Board Certified Clinical Pharmacist specializing in Oncology to join our interdisciplinary cancer care team. You will provide direct patient care and optimize chemotherapy regimens.
Responsibilities
- Review and verify chemotherapy orders for safety and accuracy
- Provide pharmacokinetic dosing and drug interaction consultations
- Participate in tumor board meetings and treatment planning
- Educate patients and caregivers on medication management
- Contribute to clinical research and formulary management
Requirements
- PharmD from an accredited program
- PGY1 and PGY2 Oncology residency completed
- BCOP (Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist) required
- Active pharmacist license
