About the Role
Rite Aid is looking for a Certified Pharmacy Technician to assist pharmacists in dispensing medications and providing excellent customer service in our community pharmacy setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists in filling and labeling prescriptions accurately
- Process insurance claims and resolve third-party rejections
- Manage prescription intake, data entry, and customer pickup
- Maintain pharmacy inventory and manage ordering
- Provide friendly customer service and answer patient questions
Requirements
- CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician) certification required
- 1-2 years of pharmacy technician experience
- Familiarity with pharmacy software and point-of-sale systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
